7 cara kempiskan perut buncit

The Duchess

This new entry is not about Fergie’s album “The Duchess” but it’s about Maria del Rosario Cayetana Alfonsa Victoria Eugenia Francisca Fitz-James Stuart y de Silva (yes!, that's one name okeyyyy) is one of the wealthiest women in all of Spain. She is worth somewhere between $850 million and $5 billion, but not for long. The Duchess of Alba, 85, is giving it all away so she can marry the man she loves.

This sounds to me like a plot to the latest Nicholas Sparks novel, but I’m assure you, this is nonfiction to the core. So, why is she giving her vast fortune away? The duchess's six children were dubious about their mother's plans to marry Alfonso Diez, a civil servant who is 24 years younger.

To help assuage their fears that the love may not be genuine, the duchess is going to give her fortune to her children. According to an article from BBC, the duchess's six children had been against the wedding. Earlier this year, the duchess remarked, "Alfonso doesn't want anything. All he wants is me."

Not surprisingly, news of the impending wedding sparked a flurry of web searches. Online lookups for "duchess marries" and "spain duchess fortune" were both incredibly popular, as computer users have sought the scoop on the unlikely love story.

The duchess's children were all from her first marriage to Pedro Luis Martinez de Irujo y Artazcoz, son of the Duke of Sotomayor. He died in 1972. The duchess remarried in 1978 to a onetime Jesuit priest named Jesus Aguirre y Ortiz de Zarate. He passed away in 2001. The duchess has been friends with Diez for several years. In fact, there were rumors of a wedding in 2008, but nothing occurred after the children "vetoed" the idea of marriage.

No word on whether the duchess's children and grandchildren intend to be on hand for the ceremony. She likes to point out that each of her kids is divorced, even though she has never split up with any of her husbands. According to the UK Guardian, the duchess has given her children and eight grandchildren "a PALACE each." That ought to keep them quiet.

Maksiat xbuat, pahala pula kita dapat

Video lagu terbaru Rihanna dah released 15 jam yang lalu bertajuk "Man Down".
Well good for them, diorang xnak mencemarkan imej industri hiburan dengan unsur violent tapi kalau dah unsur sexy xboleh nak jaga macam mana nak jaga unsur violent, contoh paling senang aku boleh bagi ialah POKOK, kalau kita nak pokok tuh sihat & cantik so mesti kita jaga akar dia, kita baja dia & siram dia bagi akar sentiasa segar so barulah pokok segar, nih kalau akar pun xterjaga macam mana pokok tuh nak cantik kan?
Kalau kita tengok balik video rihanna nih memang salah perempuan & lelaki. Yang perempun tuh siapa suruh gatal pakai pakaian yang menampakkan bonggolan, terjojot sana terjojot sini, sesiapa yang tengok pun terliur. Yang lelaki pula dah gatal sangat nafsu kudanya, xboleh tengok perempuan sexy.
Nasihat aku pada perempuan supaya cover bonggolan korang, dalam Islam pun dah terang2 supaya kita menutup aurat. Pada lelaki pula kalau dah sangap sangat better cari jalan untuk kahwin, kalau susah sangat nak kahwin so cara paling senang untuk kawal nafsu ialah puasa sunat, habis cerita.

Rumah Lego

A tiny apartment transforms from kitchen to bedroom to living room to dining room all within a matter of minutes. Memang best gila, haha.

Dia punya apartment nampak macam empty cube kalau xbuat apa2. To create a room, he has to build it.

Kitchen: He clicks a spot on his vast wall of click-able furniture, and a spring-loaded door swings up to reveal an instant kitchen: double-burner, dishwasher, sink, countertop, and microwave oven. The full-sized refrigerator and freezer click open just alongside.

Bedroom: He rolls his bed out from under the balcony, his stairs become become bedside tables, and he can even swing his TV out from the wall.

Dining Room: He lowers a plank from the wall, his flower-stand becomes a support, and his stairs become a bench.

Located in Barcelona’s hip Born district, the tiny apartment is a remodeled pigeon loft. This design was inspired by the space-saving furniture aboard boats, as well as the clean lines of a small Japanese home.

Do Not Be Proud

Do not be proud of that luxurious and comfortable bed, because the last bed you'll rest upon is the ground.

Do not be proud of that luxurious and sporty car, because the last vehicle you'll ride in is your coffin.

Do not be proud of branded clothes, because the last clothes you'll wear is the white shroud.

Do not be proud of your lavish homes, because the last home you'll have is your grave.

May Allah SWT protect us from becoming those who are proud. Ameen.

A Malaysian Speaks Up

I am a female Chinese Malaysian, living in the Washington DC area in the United States . I have read many of the letters that often talk about foreign countries when the writers have no real knowledge of actually living in those countries.

Many draw conclusions about what those countries are like after hearing from someone else or by reading and hearing about them in the media or after four years in a college town in those countries.

I finished STPM with outstanding results from the prestigious St George's Girls School in Penang . Did I get a university place from the Malaysian government? Nothing.. With near perfect scores, I had nothing, while my Malay friends were getting offers to go overseas.

Even those with 2As got into university. I was so depressed. I was my parent's last hope for getting the family out of poverty and at 18, I thought I had failed my parents.

Today, I understand it was the Malaysian Government that had failed me and my family because of its discriminatory policies.

Fortunately, I did not give up and immediately did research at the Malaysian American Commission on Education Exchange (MACEE) to find a university in the US that would accept me and provide all the finances. My family and friends thought I was crazy, being the youngest of nine children of a very poor carpenter. Anything that required a fee was out of our reach.

Based on merit and my extracurricular activities of community service in secondary school, I received full tuition scholarship, work study, and grants to cover the four years at a highly competitive US university.

Often, I took 21 credits each semester, 15 credits each term while working 20 hours each week and maintaining a 3.5 CGPA. A couple of semesters, I also received division scholarships and worked as a TA (teaching assistant) on top of everything else.

For the work study, I worked as a custodian (yes, cleaning toilets), carpet layer, computer lab assistant, grounds keeping, librarian, painter, tour guide, etc. If you understand the US credit system, you will understand this is a heavy load.

Why did I do it? This is because I learnt as a young child from my parents that hard work is an opportunity, to give my best in everything, and to take pride in the work I do. I walked away with a double major and a minor with honours but most of all a great lesson in humility and a great respect for those who are forced to labour in so-called `blue collar' positions.

Those of you who think you know all about Australia , US, or the West, think again. Unless you have really lived in these countries, i.e. paid a mortgage, paid taxes, taken part in elections, you do not understand the level of commitment and hard work it takes to be successful in these countries, not just for immigrants but for people who have lived here for generations.

These people are where they are today because of hard work. (Of course, I am not saying everyone in the US is hardworking... There is always the lazy lot that

lives off of someone else's hard work. Fortunately, they are the

minority..)

Every single person, anywhere, should have the opportunity to succeed if they want to put in the effort and be accountable for their own actions. In the end, they should be able to reap what they sow.

It is bearable that opportunities are limited depending on how well-off financially one's family is but when higher education opportunities are race-based, like it is in Malaysia, it is downright cruel for those who see education as the only way out of poverty.

If you want to say discrimination is here in the US , yes, of course it is. Can you name a country where it doesn't happen? But let me tell you one thing - if you go looking for it, you will find it.

But in Malaysia , you don't have to go look for it because it seeks you out, slaps you in your face every which way you turn, and is sanctioned by law!

Here in the US , my children have the same opportunity to go to school and learn just like their black, white, and immigrant friends. At school, they eat the same food, play the same games, are taught the same classes and when they are 18, they will still have the same opportunities. Would I want to bring my children back to Malaysia ?

So they can suffer the state-sanctioned discrimination as the non-malays have had for over 50 years?

The injustice the non-Malay have to suffer in frightening silence is the most damaging problem one has to face throughout one's life. You just have to look at the mighty govt structures which completely favours only one race, the Umno Malay.

The Chinese and Indians are treated no better than the illegal Indonesians.

Racism and corruption are openly practised by the Malay politicians everywhere, Courts, schools/Uni, police, govt offices, contracts, GLC, NEP, ISA, local govt.

It's so powerful and intimidating that you walk with fear and keep your mouth shut on anything and everything political.

Religion is taboo unless you talk good about Islam.

As for being a slave in the foreign country, I am a happy 'slave' earning a good income as an IT project manager.

I work five days a week; can talk bad about the president when I want to; argue about politics, race and religion openly; gather with more than 50 friends and family when I want (no permit needed) and I don't worry about the police pulling me over because they say I ran the light when I didn't.

Have we seen the light at the end of the tunnel yet (Anwar Ibrahim)?

Or is it the head light of an oncoming Umno train ?

Lets hope its the former for the sake of all fair-minded Malaysians.

The dream of a Malaysian 'race' in the future is nowhere in sight with the present BN govt.

Where is Negara-Ku???

Aku Menyesal Kahwin....

Ini cerita aku.. Aku (bukan nama sebenar) baru je kawin, ngan pilihan mak aku. Aku tak penah kenal pon dia (bukan nama sebenar gak). Arghh, nyesal giler kawin..

Kalau dulu masa belom kawin, ikut suka aku je nak tido kol brape, nak bangun kol brape. Pastu kadang2 sampai tengah hari tido, sampai terlepas kuliah.. haha. Tade orang marah pon. Lecturer pon tak marah.

Tapi skarang, nak tido lewat sikit je ade orang sound. Kesian kena buli..

Kalau dulu masa belom kawin, ikut suka aku je nak makan kol brape, nak makan ape. Boleh makan best2, sebab beli kat kedai.. Tapi skarang, huhu.. Macam budak kecik je, kena ikut jadual makan! Dah la kadang2 dia masak masin la, pahit la.. Pastu kadang2 dia bagi aku makan sayor je bebanyak. Tak makan kang kecik hati lak, pastu tulis kat status facebook dia. Arghh, nyesal giler kawin..

Kalau dulu masa belom kawin, ikut suka aku je nak shopping bile, kat mane, nak beli ape.. Kira berbelanja tanpa waswas la. Tu yang shopping kejap je melayang 2 3 ratos skelip mata. Hohoho..

Ala Korea bleh, ala Carles Puyol (Kapten Barcelona) pon bleh buat, tade orang sound. Tapi skarang, panjang sket je kene sound.. panjang sket je kene sound.. Dia kata x hensem la, x kemas la.. Tak potong kang dia tanak ironkan baju aku lak. Haisshh.

Ade satu hari tu, masa makan kat JUSCO, ade la sorang awek comel melintas depan kitorang. Aku pon terpandang awek tu tanpa niat (ikutkan tak berdosa la kan?..) ADEH!! Terus kena cubit peha aku dari bawah meja. Cemburu buta lak bini aku (mentang-mentang la aku hensem..). Ape lagi, menjerit la aku kat situ.

Maunye tak kuat, satu foodcourt tengok kitorang, termasuk awek tadi.. Arghh first time kot rasa malu giler camtu. Rasanye muka aku lagi merah dari sos cili atas meja. Sakit wooo bini aku cubit. Huhu.. Kesian la kat bakal anak-anak kami nanti. Haha..

Tapi yang bestnya, skarang aku dah xyah basuh baju, iron baju sendiri.. Sume dah ready made. Hehe. Bab-bab iron baju ni memang aku x berapa sket. Kalau dulu masa belom kawin, skali iron baju, sebulan aku pakai. Haha. Malas basuh sebab tanak iron lagi! (Oppss kantoi..). Pastu baju2 bergelimpangan atas katil. Aku memang suka tido atas kain baju ni (padahal malas kemas). Skarang... hehehe.

Yela, kira ade orang take care la. Totalcare!! Hehehe.. Kalau masa belom kawin dulu pepandai la bawak diri kalau demam. Huhu, sadis3..

Pastu kan, skarang kehidupan aku kira tersusun la.. Maklum la dah ade 'PA'.. Kalau banding ngan dulu, hmm.. x produktif sangat la kehidupan aku. Sekali-sekali dia kejut aku bangun solat malam, kadang-kadang dia tegur kalau aku lama tak baca Quran.. Hmm sejuk hatiku.

Terima kasih kerana marah kalau abang tido lambat

Boleh la abang bangun awal-awal pagi

Then kita solat Subuh sama-sama..

Tapi kalu abang tak bangun gak,

ayang cubit je pehe abang

abang xkan murka..

Lagi abang sayang ade la..

Buat isteriku yang comel dan tercinta

Terima kasih kerana jaga makan minum abang

Tengok skarang abang da nak gemok da

Takde la kurus je macam mula2 kawin dulu..

Ke memang nak abang jadi gemuk ni?

Ayang takut orang lain berkenan kat abang ek?

Jangan bimbang atau ragu okeh,

Cintaku hanya eksklusif untukmu sayang..

Buat isteriku yang comel dan tercinta

Terima kasih kerana tolong iron baju abang

Sebab abang memang allergic sket bab iron2 baju

Jangan risau la nanti abang potong rambut..

Skarang abang dah tak selekeh macam dulu

Rambut da kemas, baju da kemas, senyum memanjang

Hidup terurus, amal pon terjaga, badan pon berisi juge

Argghh, nyesal giler kawin LAMBAT!!!

(Ini cerita tade kaitan ngan penulis okeh. Penulis masih seorang yang selekeh)

::Best kot channel dia::

Huh! Begitulah kehidupan blog aku ketika dahulu, sekarang nih bila dah C.U.T.I idea mencurah-curah tapi still malas nak update.

Habis pasal update blog so kita buka cerita lain pula. Aku paling suka part akhir dia “people might force you to join them, but let them know that they can’t change your stand”.

Bagi aku channel dia banyak memberikan nasihat tapi dalam bentuk kreativiti dia tersendiri and he’s so damn funny.

::Sup Lidah::

Aku rasa cerita gossip artist, tabloid ni semuanya sangatlah low class.

Huh. Menyampah I.

Hehe.

Apa-apa pun, fitnah, mengumpat, mengata tu dosa besar. Pandai-pandailah kamu jaga lidah anda itu. Kat neraka nanti tak pasal-pasal jadik sup lidah. Dah jadi mengaibkan orang. Tapi kadang-kadang tu secara tak disedari. Sebab? Dah biasa sangat.

So kena lah ingatkan diri. Tak perlulah duk ngata orang. Kalau nak ngata kutuk je depan-depan dengan penuh keikhlasan. Ada berani?

::Zakat Fitrah::

[HR Abu Daud]

.:Cinta:.

Cinta Allah amat mudah disebut namun sangat sukar dicapai, hanya melalui mujahadah fizikal, minda & hati, barulah ia akan dapat dicapai. Setelah dicapai, sukar pula dikekalkan. Sama-sama usahakannya di bulan mulia, dimana Allah memudahkan ia diperolehi.

.:Grace:.

Grace means more than gifts. In grace something is transcended, once and for all overcome. Grace happens in spite of something, it happens in spite of separateness and alienation. Grace means that life is once again united with life, self is reconciled with self. Grace means accepting the abandoned one. Grace transforms fate into a meaningful vocation. It transforms guilt to trust and courage. The word grace has something triumphant in it.

::Islamofobia di Eropah::

From Vandalism to Art to Nostalgia

Eric Felisbret stood by a chain-link fence, watching three men spraying graffiti on a backyard wall in Upper Manhattan. One man smiled and invited him over. “You can go around the corner and when you see a sign for a seamstress, go in the alley,” the man said. “Or you can jump the fence, like we did.”

Mr. Felisbret, 46, chose the long way. Not that he is unused to fence-jumping. In the 1970s, that was one of his skills as a budding graffiti writer who stole into subway yards. Using the nom de graf DEAL, he was part of the Crazy Inside Artists, a legendary crew from East New York, Brooklyn. This time, though, instead of wielding a spray can, he pulled out a camera and took a quick snapshot of the artwork, done with the landlord’s permission.

“It’s really retro,” he said. “Look inside the 3D letters, how he added all those spots.”

He would know, and not just because the artist was his brother, Luke. Over some 30 years, the two men have amassed a photographic archive of New York City graffiti that is among the most comprehensive collections anywhere. Since 1998 much of it, along with interviews of artists, has been showcased on their Web site, www.at149st.com.

And now Eric Felisbret has published a thick, glossy new book, “Graffiti New York,” a survey of the art that mirrors his own life trajectory — from outlaw origins to mainstream respectability.

What started in the ’70s as a visual assault on commuters has attained a certain acceptability, if not cachet, thanks in part to the city’s crackdown on subway graffiti in the late ’80s. Today, ambitious aerosol canvases hang in galleries, while corporations like Nike, Coca-Cola and Sony hire graffiti muralists to paint storefront advertisements. Vintage photographs plucked from archives have inspired a small industry of coffee table books.

Old-school graffiti — with intricate tangles of kinetic letters and cartoonish characters — is just about everywhere except the place that was once its sole domain: the metal skins of subway cars.

While the city seems far removed from the days of entire trains slathered in spray paint, Mr. Felisbret believes there is probably just as much illicit graffiti in town, only more scattered — on trucks, rooftops or the upper floors of buildings. His book shows examples of all sorts.

But today’s renegade writers dazzle more with risk taking than artistic merit. Unlike the artists who executed elaborately drawn and colored tableaux decades ago, younger outlaws have little chance to develop into accomplished painters.

“The train yards used to provide the opportunity to do things illegally and creatively at the same time,” Mr. Felisbret said. “You had privacy and time. Now if you do something illegally, you have to be quick. You can’t stand on a corner and paint for hours.”

His Web site’s name is a nod to one of graffiti’s most famous spots — the “writer’s bench” at the 149th Street and Grand Concourse stop on the No. 2 line. During graffiti’s heyday, the bench was where artists gathered to trade ideas and admire rolling canvases.

Then, as now, photographs were the only lasting evidence that a piece had ever existed. But today the photos reach an audience that far outstrips that of even the most hyperactive All-City Bomber from the ’70s.

“The trains used to move your name around,” said Mr. Felisbret, who is a freelance graphic designer. “Now the Internet moves your name for you.”

Henry Chalfant, the photographer and filmmaker who was among the first to document graffiti’s boom years in New York, said Mr. Felisbret’s Web site and insider’s perspective have helped propel graffiti onto a global stage.

“His site is the most important one, along with Art Crimes,” Mr. Chalfant said. “It has transformed the scene internationally, where everybody can find out everything they need and link up with people.”

The site’s current mix of elaborate pieces and quickly written tags also underscores a tension in a community of artists that now spans several generations. To some younger artists, the beauty of an intricate wall done with permission — and time to spare — is no match for the adrenaline rush of fast and dirty bombing on the sly.

“You could paint 100 pieces legally, put them on the Internet, and somebody in Germany will say, ‘Wow!’ But they won’t know that the writer took no risks,” Mr. Felisbret said. “Face it, there are two ways to get credibility — artistic merit or the assumption of risk. And for traditionalists, the assumption of risk carries far more value in the culture.”

That might be why some European aficionados arrive and immediately start asking how they can paint the side of a train. (Mr. Felisbret says some also think that teenagers rule the city and all graffiti writers are break dancers.)

“They have this idealized view of the culture,” he said. “They have fetishized something that does not exist anymore.”

The teenagers who could once slip through fences and dart among the rails are now middle aged. Some, like Mr. Felisbret, stopped writing graffiti long ago and embarked on more mainstream jobs in the arts. Others, like Joe Lopez, consider themselves weekend writers who don’t need to break the law to pursue their art.

“You get a job, you make some money, you get married and things slow down after a while,” said Mr. Lopez, 52, who started tagging CLYDE when he was a teenager in the Melrose neighborhood of the Bronx. “The last time I did the trains was in the ’70s. Then I branched out to other things, Central Park.”

Where? “The whole park,” he said. “The rowboats, everything. Every boat was mine. For about two years I burned it.”

Now his name can be found — legally — on walls in the Inwood section of Manhattan, not far from the fabled “ghost yard,” a sprawling maintenance depot that runs north of 207th Street along 10th Avenue. He does his art for fun, not for money — and with permission from landlords.

“I don’t have to hustle,” he said. “I have a good job.”

His days of sneaking into a train yard are over. He can walk in through the gate.

“I work for the Transit Authority,” Mr. Lopez said. “Believe it or not, I’m a supervisor in the No. 4 yard.”

p/s : Eric Felisbret is no longer the young man who painted illegal graffiti. Now, in pictures and words, he records the work of his generation and a new one.

How using the web can hurt your finances

3 Financial dangers of social media

Anyone who doubts the power of social media to affect finances need look no further than the example of Kansas City Chiefs football player Larry Johnson. The all-pro running back cost himself $213,000, and ultimately a job, by posting anti-gay slurs on the micro-blogging service Twitter -- in 140 characters or less, of course. Career trouble is just one way a badly managed social media presence can hit your pocketbook. Following are three areas where social media could damage your financial life, and how to avoid such pitfalls.

Debt Collection

Social media has become a key tool for collection agencies trying to track down debtors, says Michelle Dunn, CEO of the American Credit and Collections Association and author of "Do's and Don'ts of Online Collections Techniques."

"If they don't have a good phone number or the mail's being returned, a lot of them use Facebook to find out if they have a different address or their employment information," Dunn says.

Many bill collectors who think they've found a debtor on a social media site will keep an eye on that individual's online presence, Dunn says.

"They don't necessarily have to post anything to them; they just watch what that person is posting," she says.

Setting a social media profile to allow anyone -- not just friends -- to look at postings can make your profile a particularly rich source of information, she says.

"People post things about if they've gotten a new home or a new vehicle," Dunn says. "People just post such private things about their lives, and the whole world is watching."

Privacy laws should preclude a collections professional from contacting and humiliating you on your social media page, Dunn says. However, some debt collectors violate those legal and ethical boundaries and assume false identities as a means of getting information, she says.

Scams

Social media sites ask for, and often get, a large amount of personal information from users. Unfortunately, identity thieves may use that information to perpetuate scams, especially if you use personal information when creating security passwords, McCarthy says.

"If you have a public Facebook profile that gives your birth date and your parents' names and that kind of thing, they can provide the answers to security questions that your bank might have on its Web site," she says.

Even if your profile is private, identity thieves may find other ways to get your information, Beal says.

"We see spammers, we see hackers, we see people trying to sell products using fictitious profiles," he says. "There was a study done a few years ago where one group created a specific fictitious profile and the number of people that accepted their friend request ... was pretty high."

For this reason, be careful about adding social networking "friends" you don't know in real life, says Beal.

"Social networking is not a popularity contest," says Beal. "I don't add anyone to Facebook or LinkedIn unless I know them."

And remember, just because a social media site asks for information doesn't mean you have to give it, Beal says.

Finally, McCarthy recommends never sending money to someone who asks for it over a social media service. Smith says that there have been reports of scammers hijacking accounts and posing as friends.

Employment

Andy Beal, CEO of the social media monitoring platform Trackur.com, says jobseekers should assume potential employers will do a Google search of candidates' names. Social media profiles typically appear near the top of the search page.

If you have questionable pictures or posts on a public profile, take them down or make the profile private to avoid trouble.

Also, steer clear of negative talk about a prospective employer on any social media platform, Beal says. Many companies monitor mentions of their brand throughout the Web, he says.

He cites the case of a Twitter user who posted about a new job offer from Cisco, but expressed doubt about "the daily commute" and "hating the work." A Cisco employee noticed the tweet and demanded to know the name of the user's hiring manager.

Even employees who think their jobs are safe can sabotage themselves by being too honest online about their personal lives, or by posting feelings regarding a boss, client, co-worker or company for whom they work.

"We've seen a lot of cases of people publishing status updates that have gotten them in trouble," says Justin Smith, founder and editor in chief of Inside Facebook. "People have said things that have caused problems with their boss because of what they said about their work or because they've shared some other kind of private information about work online."Caroline McCarthy, a staff writer at CNET News, says the best defense against such mistakes is to use plain old common sense. Remember, anything that appears on the Web is just a screenshot away from spreading quickly, despite the best efforts of social media users to keep it private.
